This page provides the text files (.txt tab-separated format) corresponding to 4 different
levels of mapping for each microarray:
– The complete list of probesets (i.e. the "sets of probes" defined in the Affymetrix
expression microarrays) that map specifically (i.e. unambiguous mapping) on each
known gene of human, mouse or rat.
These files are called: probesets2genes.
– The complete list of all
the oligonucleotide probes from Affymetrix expression microarrays that map
on one gene of human, mouse or rat
(Ensembl v57).
These files are called: probes2genes.
– The complete list of all
the oligonucleotide probes from Affymetrix expression microarrays that map
on more than one gene of human, mouse or rat
(Ensembl v57).
These files are called: ambigprobes2genes.
– The complete list of all
the oligonucleotide probes from Affymetrix expression microarrays
that are unique because they map only on one specific transcript of human,
mouse or rat.
These files are called: probes2transcripts.
All these files can be downloaded, just with one-click on the file needed.
