| Annotation Files |
This page provides a series of annotation files with information
about all the mapped bio-entities:
genes, transcripts and exons corresponding to
human, mouse or rat.
The annotation files are designed to be used with the tools
GeneMapper, TranscriptMapper
or ExonMapper.
Subsets of the annotation files with only the protein-coding genes
or the miRNAs mapped are also provided to allow specific selection and
analysis of these bio-entities.
The files are provided in two formats to download:
as objects to be "loaded" in R (.R) and as tabulated plain text (.txt).
